The City of Iowa Falls Water & Wastewater treatment departments serve the citizens of Iowa Falls with quality drinking water and sufficient wastewater treatment.The city’s water and wastewater department consists of five fulltime employees. Our hours of operation are 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday excluding weekend and holidays, although there is always staff on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During normal working hours, staff may be reached by calling City Hall at 641-648-2527 or after hours you can reach us by calling the Police Department at 641-648-6464.
