The City's office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday.

City Administration and Finance Departments include the Office of the City Manager, Office of the City Clerk/Finance Director and the Mayor and City Council.  Subsequently, all administrative functions of the city are handled in this department.  These functions include accounting, budgeting, audit reports, annual reports for road use tax and tax increment financing and capital projects, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, utility billing and city record keeping.  Administrative staff works with numerous state and local agencies such as the IDOT, IDED, IFADC, Chamber/Main Street and Hardin County .
